Otto Nemenz has moved!
After 40 years, Otto Nemenz International has bid farewell to Hollywood, and moved into a beautiful new facility in Culver City. The new space is an impressive 38,000 square feet total, with many new upgrades from the old location. The parking lot has 128 spaces, a loading dock, and loading ramp. Our prep space is now over 6,000 square feet, with 2 prep rooms with black 12ft high ceilings, 21 prep stalls, and 23ft high ceilings in the open spaces. The lens projection room has expanded with some great new technology. This is just a few of the improvements we have made.
These improvements are also very crucial to help implement the important safety measures that must be enacted to keep our clients and employees safe. Our air filtration and air conditioning systems are the most up to date, and we have ample hand washing and hand sanitization stations throughout the building. Masks and gloves are available to our clients when visiting us. We have also implemented strict cleaning protocols.
It has been a long time coming for us to make this move, and we would love to have you come visit us. Thank you for all the years of supporting us, and we look forward to working with you for many years ahead.
